White Fish and Chorizo Stew Recipe

Spanish chorizo partners wonderfully alongside white fish, the smokiness within the pimento infused sausage adds great taste to the fish, making it a delicious pleasurable recipe that works in the summer time or the winter season. This stew contains a foundation of fresh tomatoes, however, you are able to substitute them for quality canned tomatoes. It could simply be turned from stew into soup by incorporating twice the amount of stock, making sure that there is a great deal of liquid with succulent pieces of fish and chorizo plus a hunk of crusty fresh bread to soak into it.
